Littlegig Franschhoek 2023

At the heart of every festival that Littlegig puts into the world are our twin curatorial missions: to give a stage to African creators who have the ability to inspire people. And to attract a crowd with the ability to be inspired.

We are a coming together of people who love literature, the arts, and good company. More than that, we exist to move people emotionally, because this energy causes them to see a different future. And who doesn’t need that?

Our second edition of Littlegig Franschhoek micro festival took place at La Cotte on 20 May 2023 for 200 guests, once again over the same weekend as the Franschhoek Literary Festival. The godly winds of curation were at our back!
